Uber for Pet Services A digital marketplace for pet care services, validated with 150+ urban pet parents and pitched to VCs. My Role: Product & UX Lead → Led a 7-member team to design branding, UX flows, and ad campaigns. Produced TAM/SAM/SOM analysis and clickable prototypes for investor pitches.
